[Chorus]
Like a role-play gamer
Body controller
Seamless interfaced
In real life neglect

[Verse 1]
I’m investing time in quest for gold
My fati-gue high may China buy from
I will scratch their back if they scratch mine
And as long as serves be friend online

[Repeat Chorus]

[Verse 2]
I place value on everything rare
Find my happiness in acquisition
Measure life success in things possessed
In intangible importance invest

[Instrumental]

[Verse 3]
Always maintain self in character
Nature predisposed by guna-karma
I can never die, nobody kill
No matter how at time seems real

[Repeat Chorus]

As in a computer game there is no question of actual killing or dying, or in fact of anything at all tangible, except perhaps the emotional experience made possible by immersion … similarly the soul exists untouched by the goings on of this world. Bhagavad gita chapter 2, verse 21 states

vedāvināśinaṁ nityaṁ
ya enam ajam avyayam
kathaṁ sa puruṣaḥ pārtha
kaṁ ghātayati hanti kam

How can a person who knows that the soul is indestructible, unborn, eternal and immutable, kill anyone or cause anyone to kill?
